Best homeware buys for £20 and under

In this week’s blog post, I’m sharing some of the best homeware items that have caught my eye recently. They’re all £20 and under so if you fancy treating yourself, they won’t break the bank!

Add a splash of colour to your space with these large matches in a vintage-style glass bottle. They come in lots of different colours but I love these bright magenta pink ones and the palm tree reminds me of holidays. Place with a candle on a stack of old books.

Rattan and seagrass are great for adding warmth and texture to a space. Use this pompom seagrass basket to store a throw in a lounge or a bedroom. It would also look great in a little girl’s room.

Wicker Black Storage Basket - £15 - Dunelm

Another Dunelm basket. I always try to include a bit of black in a room because it grounds the space. This basket is more sturdy so could be used to store all sorts, from magazines to throws.

John Lewis & Partners Grid Throw Mustard - £15 - John Lewis

I’m loving this throw from the new John Lewis ‘Anyday’ budget range. It comes in grey or mustard and it’s great for adding a splash of colour or a bit of pattern to a scheme.
